Strategic Vision: Our vision is to become known as the number one resource for employers who want to help employees become financially literate and secure. We firmly believe that employees are more likely to achieve financial security when they receive advice from consultants who act as fiduciaries, rather than from those who sell investments or insurance and therefore have a conflict of interest.

Business Model: To deliver educational seminars and specific corporate planning services which will help employers fulfill their legal and moral obligations to help employees manage their retirement resources. To partner with employers in helping to inform employees about the different benefit packages that may be available to them. To provide advanced level financial planning to senior or retiring employees and executives at our partner firms. Our revenue will be solely in the form of consulting fees paid by employers rather than commissions or fees related to the sale of investment or insurance products.

The following are our guiding principles. We will:

  5. Act as fiduciaries always putting the interests of our clients ahead of our own.
  6. Be truthful and fair in all our dealings.
  7. Take the time to listen to our clients to understand their goals, concerns, and overall financial circumstances before proposing any solution.
  8. Treat employees at all income levels and all knowledge levels with the same level of respect.
  9. Base our seminar recommendations on the principles of professional investment management and the 10 investing principles set out in our PortfolioCHECK™ report.
  10. Make doing the right thing for clients, employees, and associates the foundation for growing our business.
